Timer Program

Description

I'm not sure if this is a bug with the timer example, the Shoes code, Ruby, or just not a bug at all, but figured it best to inform you anyways. After running the example, it appears the timer is automatically started as you can instantly press stop without ever having pressed start and get a readout of how many seconds has passed. This surely isn't that large of a bug if it is one, but I was not sure why it was happening and small, insignificant bugs have a tendency at rearing their ugly heads later. I ran the shoes-0.r9 build on a Windows XP Professional machine and will hopefully be able to test it out on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn within the next day. Anyways, hope I've helped.

Right, the timer does start when you load the program. I'm okay with it. Thanks!
