String can't be referred

Once in a while, when I try to return strings from within the Sandbox to the Wild of the Jungle, I get "String can't be referred".

For a while, I was able to hack around this by copying the string out line by line, but in the last few weeks, this has been the #1 Sandbox bug that we've run into -- other than that, it's worked great.

We've run code through the sandbox probably thousands of times now this quarter, and if most of the errors are "referred" errors, then some of them have to do with module scoping.
