Park Place has, as of version 0.7, a system of serving torrents.
It requires you run the parkseed application to seed such torrents, such like:

parkseed 55.55.55.55 3003

Park Place must also be invoked with the same IP address, as in:

parkplace 55.55.55.55 3002

The tracker would be located at http://55.55.55.55:3002/tracker
