Allow tables to be publicly writable

It would be awesome if I could not only share a table for other people to read, but also allow them to write to it. Then you could make wikis, people could upload other people things, you could send Hackety-mails, etc.

What do you think?

In case this wasn't clear, I didn't mean that *all* tables should be publicly writable. I mean that I should be able to denote that certain tables are publicly writable.
