Unable to quit application

Description
When attempting to exit HacketyHack?, nothing happens. I click the X in the upper right hand corner, not response. I right clicked on the start menu, clicked "close", no response. Also no response from right clicking the upper left hand corner and clicking "close". It seems I am only able to quit by using ctrl+alt+delete and killing the process.
My system specs:
HP Laptops Windows XP SP2 1ghz RAM Intel Pentium M processor, 1.73Ghz
