Learn Ruby is missing

Description

When I run HacketyHack? and try "Learn Ruby interactively" I receive the following error:

Camping Problem! /learn not found

This is on Windows XP.

The same happens when you go to the strings or arrays pages from the Help page only /strings or /arrays is missing.
